We currently ship within Canada.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before being shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. While we strive to ensure your order arrives promptly, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Sip Ritual is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your package arrives damaged, or if your order is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Returns, Refunds & Order Issues

At Sip Ritual, we take great care in sourcing and preparing our products. Due to the nature of our teas and herbal products, all sales are final.
Returns
We do not accept returns on any products purchased through our website. For food safety and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or unopened tea and herbal products.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a product before ordering, we are happy to help.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where applicable.

We will review each situation individually and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, store credit, or another remedy as required by applicable law.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a store credit is issued, original shipping costs will not be included unless required by applicable law.
